SANĀFAH – in development

Sanāfah is about the myths two sisters create in their search for understanding of grief, family and intersectional female identities.

It was showcased at Speaking of Dance – A Barnsley Dance Symposium in April 2024. The production is based on Here Lies which was developed at a residency at Yorkshire Dance in September 2022 and first performed as part of parler femme in November 2023. Further research and development will continue in 2024/ 25.
